The art of listening

Here’s a great little reminder for all of us of some key strategies to take with respect to listening to others. Because for some of us, this isn’t necessarily natural! Two of my favorites are:

• Taking genuine interest rather than planning your next move.
• Being courteous rather than repeatedly interrupting and fighting for the floor.
